The sales proceeds and any documentation relating to a trade will be posted out to the address the registrars have recorded for you. If you have changed your address but not yet updated your shareholding records you will need to do so.

You can update your address or view information on how to do so in the Link Market Services Help Centre here https://www.signalshares.com/

If Link Market Services (or its affiliates) are not the registrar for the company in which you hold shares, then you will need to contact the relevant registrar to update your personal details.

You can check if Link are the registrar by checking any recent documentation issued to you or by searching for the company on https://www.signalshares.com/

Make sure that your letter includes:

• The name of the company(ies) that the shares are held in
• The name the shares are registered in (registered shareholder)
• Any account designations
• The previous and new address

The letter should be signed by:

• one director – the capacity must be written next to the signature. The signature must be witnessed by another person who also needs to sign the form and must write ‘witness’ and their full name and occupation next to their signature
• two directors – capacities must be written next to the signatures
• a director and a company secretary – capacities must be written next to the signatures
• two authorised signatories – capacities must be written next to the signatures and we need you to apply the company seal

If the company signs differently, please sign the form(s) and send us a copy of the articles of association showing the signing powers of the company – the copy must be certified in ink.

This request will be processed within 5 days.

If you hold your shares in CREST you will need to contact your provider to make the changes.

The sales proceeds and any documentation relating to a trade will be posted out in the name that the registrars have recorded for you. If you have changed your name but not yet updated your shareholding records you will need to do so.

To change your name write to Link Market Services at the address below and they will process your request within 5 working days:

Please include the following in your request:

• The name of the company(ies) that you hold shares in
• Your previous and new name
• Your share certificate

You’ll need to include supporting documentation to make the change. The documents required depend on the circumstances for your name change, please see table below. The Registrars do not accept photocopies.

The original documents will be returned to you by registered post.
